If your home currently has three tab shingles we will upgrade your roof to a 30 year Architectural shingle. If you already have Architectural shingles, we will replace them with a higher warranty shingle. When you replace your siding with Cornerstone we will use a superior vinyl siding that is thicker, higher quality and offers fade protection.

Preparing For Your Remodel

• Remove any items from the inside of your exterior walls or shelves (including garage).
• On roofing projects, remove all items from around your home that debris might fall on or damage.
• On siding projects, remove all boats, cars, firewood and any miscellaneous items near or next to the house, including deck furniture.
• Have an electrical outlet available to the construction crew for power tools.
• Make sure a portion of your driveway or other acceptable area available is available for the dumpster, trailer, etc.
• Beware of nails that might fall during the construction process. We will do out best to pick them up when the job is complete.
• Please keep children and pets away from the construction.
• Our dumpsters/trailers are for construction use only. Please do not put personal debris in the container unless authorized by CNC.
