In compliance with the project specifications, Cornerstone National Construction, Inc. respectfully submits our guarantee of equipment, materials and workmanship furnished by Cornerstone National Construction, Inc. for a period of five years.
Equipment and materials furnished by others but installed by Cornerstone National Construction, Inc. are not covered by this warranty. Ordinary wear is not covered by this warranty. The owner’s abuse, neglect or failure to perform recommended maintenance procedures as stated in any and all owner’s manuals will void this warranty. The owner is responsible for obtaining and following all specifications and or guidelines to insure proper maintenance.
Should any problems occur during the specified warranty period due to materials or workmanship, Cornerstone National Construction, Inc. will correct the problems, without charge, according to the recommended manufacturer specifications or what is acceptable by the city inspector. If exact matching products are not available, Cornerstone National Construction, Inc. will replace only the damaged area(s) with the closest match available. This warranty does not cover any appliance, piece of equipment, or item which is a consumer product for purposes of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 USC, 2301-2312). The manufacturers warranty will prevail.
All special order and custom items that are not covered by product warranties will be the responsibility of the customer and not covered by this warranty.
The five year warranty is our standard workmanship warranty and is available to most everyone we do business with outside of repair work (this would include a minimum one year warranty or more of a workmanship warranty depending on the circumstances). A lifetime workmanship warranty may also be available. Please feel free to speak with any associate with CNC if you have any questions.
